What could be a better way to spend Memorial Day at than a raving race at Fred d’Elia Ridgewood Run 2018 10K with your fellow runners? A dozen of Bergen Running Club members crashed this premier road race in Northern Jersey today and finished the run with outstanding results and personal records.

For a few of our elite runners, today was their first-ever 10K race, even though they have well advanced to further distances (such as Half Marathon) and bigger races. A whopping record of 44:49! For some of our courageous apprentices, they finished the race at the speed that pleasantly surprised themselves. Thanks to our Team Captain and Cheerleaders, because of you, the race is not just an exciting episode, but also a fond memory for a long time to come.
